Sometimes I hate my job. No, the other one.


Everyone has a need to be understood and appreciated.


Why the hell does anyone really want to be at the top. It lonely, unforgiving, unrewarding for the most part and everyone makes demands without regard.


A real leader is in actuality a servant. It begs the question, are you on top or at the bottom. And who the hell really wants to be at the bottom.


When employees are unhappy they turn to their boss. When the boss is unhappy who do they turn to.


So when does my training begin? It might make the job a little bit easier. Just a little bit. Maybe. Just a thought. Qualifications help. Amazing, I know, but it does. Its a hell of a lot easier than the self taught road. But until the formal training comes, understanding goes a LONG way.


It helps if people listen to what you have to say. Not just hear, but actually listen.


How can you truly appreciate where you are now if you cannot remember, reflect and appreciate the road you took to get there.
